How do returns and refunds work?
In the rare case in which any product (excluding those on promotion) ordered from our site arrives damaged or not working, we will immediately, depending on the customer's needs, proceed with either a refund or by sending a new product free of charge. It is possible to proceed with the return only and exclusively if the request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We also inform you that return shipping will be free and the customer will not be charged any restocking fees.
